Brussels Dog Show (B)!

On Saturday June 24 we attended the famous Brussels Dog Show (http://www.brusselsdogshow.be/). Here are the results under the judgment of Mr. Steinbacher from Austria:
1/ ExpoYekona Of Keema's Wolf Pak: 1st exc Best Belgian Junior - Qualified for Crufts
2/ Chefornak's Diddlina: 1st exc CAC/CACIB - Belgian Winner - BOS - Qualified for Crufts
3/ Chefornak's Ethna: 1st vp - Best Female Puppy

Dog Show Hulten Openluchttentoonstelling (NL)!

On Sunday June 18 we attended the well organized Hulten Dog Show (http://www.kcdebaronie.nl). The weather was again with us and we had an excellent day with friends: Anita Muspach and Christine De Bondt.
Here are the results...
1/ ExpoYekona Of Keema's Wolf Pak: 1st young class
2/ Chefornak's Ethna: 1st Very promising - puppy class - Best puppy in breed - 3rd Best Puppy in Show
3/ Chefornak's Diddlina: 1st exc - Open Class- RCAC/RCACIB

Dog Show Lommel (B)!

On Sunday June 11 we attended the CAC Show in Lommel. Chefornak's Ethna finished Best Puppy Of the breed. And Chefornak's Diddlina finished Best Female under the judgment of Mrs. Reyniers. Congratulations girls!!!

Dog Show Selfkant-Süsterseel (D)!

On June 4 we attended Süsterseel Dog Show in Germany (http://www.grenzlandsieger.of-arctic-flowers.de/). We had a wonderful day as the weather was good, all the dogs were with us and the results were outstanding!
First Chefornak's Yorki won the Champion Class and finished Best Male. Then Chefornak's Diddlina finished Best Female, Best Of Breed and Best in Show.

Ethna at the Muppet!

On every Tuesdays we are going to the obedience school with our dogs. Above some pictures of Ethna (7 months) is learning to seat and lay down. She is doing a lot of progress!

We are very proud to celebrate today Yekona's 1st Birthday!
One year already...
Yekona has a very good temperament and brings us lots of joys every day. We love u Poekie!!

Dog Show Wieze (B)!

On Sunday May 22 we attended the Wieze Dog Show in the Oktoberhallen.
For her first show Chefornak's Ethna finished "Best Puppy Female". She did an excellent job on the ring. We are very proud of our little princess!!
ExpoYekona Of Keema's Wolf Pak finished "Best Junior Female".

AMCN Kampioensclubmatch 2006 (NL):

On Sunday May 15 we attended the AMCN Kampioensclubmatch (http://www.amcn.nl/).
ExpoYekona Of Keema's Wolf Pak finished "Best Junior Female" out of 10 under the judgement of Mr. Tuominen (F)!!!

AMCB 4kamp 2006 - Gipsy Horses Ranch!

On Sunday May 7 we participated to the AMCB 4kamp. We had a great time and we are very proud of our dogs results. Yekona was Best Puppies at the end. She did an oustanding job with the mushing and weight pulling activity! We really look forward to include her in the team for the next mushing season.
Charkolito finished 2nd in the general Husky/Samoyede result.
And thanks to my parents to let me participate with Zinga. It was a pleasure! Zinga finished 1st in mushing, weight pulling and agility!!

AMCB Spring Day!

On Saturday May 6th we enjoyed the sunny weather in the Gipsy Horses Ranch in Westerlo where the AMCB had organized his Spring Day.
It was nice to see again some of our doggies friends.

Easter Monday 06!

This year we enjoyed the Easter Monday at the sunny Belgian Coast. The weather was very nice and we had a very nice lunch @ my parent's house. Thanks!
We could also benefit from a short walk on the beach. Ethna & Charko enjoyed playing in the sea...

Ethna & Charko's Birthday!

This April Charko & Ethna celebrate their Birthday. Charko is now 3 years old and a very responsible male. Our little princess Ethna just turned 6 months.
Ethna went for the first time to the obedience school and did an excellent job. She a very outgoing puppy. She will soon attend her first show...

Dog Show Antwerp (B)!

On Sunday April 9th we attended the International Show in Antwerp.
It's was a pleasure to handle Chefornak's Diddlina (owned by Patrick & Els Vanderdonckt).
Diddl is on a way for her Belgium Championships...
She got her first CAC/CACIB and finished BOS.

Marchiennes Race (F)

On April 1-2 we competed in the Marchiennes Race organized by the Yukon Club in North of France. We had luck with the temperature, and it didn't rain during the race.
This was a nice end of the mushing season. We did run 2 X 5.5km.
We finished 3rd in the Step category with a total of 38,23 minutes (17,26km/h)

Dog Show Goes (NL)!

On Saturday March 18th we attended Goes International Show. First Yekona (Alaskan Malamute) finished Best Junior Female and got the RCAC under the judgement of Mr. Leenen. Then Star That Travel's Zanouk finished Best Of Breed and Best Of Group 5 under the judgement of Mr. Leenen. And we did travel this week-end as we had to go back on Sunday March 19th for the final. But it was worth it as Zanouk finshed Best in Show!!!! A big thanks to Mr. De Wilde!!! We are very proud!!!

Dog Show Gent!

On Sunday February 26th we attended the Gent show (www.srcf.be). Yekona was entered for the first time in the Junior class and we finished "Best Junior" with an excellent under the judgments of Mr. Klindrup Freddie (Den.). Good Job Poekie!
Then our Chefornak's friends did an excellent job with the Siberian Huskies (http://www.chefornak.be.tf/)!!
First Ch. Chefornak's Urielsan (10 years old) finished "Best Veteran" under the judgments of
Mrs. Delaquis Maya (Swiss) and then 3rd "Best Veteran in Show"! It was a great pleasure to handle Tommy (pictured). Thanks Christine!
And last but not least Ch. Sin-Chan Del Karraces finished CAC/CACIB/BOB, "Best of the Specialty" spitz and nordic dogs, "Best of group 5" and 6th "Best in Show". What a day!!!

St-Vith Race (B)!

On February 4th and 5th we attended the St-Vith Race (B). Congratulations to the Snow Hook Team for this 20th edition. Too bad we were missing the snow... We finished 2nd in the "Bike" category with an average of 14.54km/h for 2X9.5km  And our little Ethna appeared in "La Meuse Verviers" newspapers...

Winter Vacation January 2006!

Dog Show Hoogstraten (B)!

On Sunday January 8th we attended the international dog show in Hoogstraten. It was a nice day with lots of succes!!
Our puppy malamute, ExpoYekona of Keema's Wolf Pak, finished best puppy under the judgement of Mrs. Nagler - Magal Yolande (ISR). A big thanks to Carina Wijnen for handling Yekona!!
Then I got the chance to show "Poekie" on the honor ring and she finished "Best Puppy in Show" under the judgement of Mr. Van Den Bosch G.! Way to go!
And regarding the huskies...
Chefornak's Yorki got CAC/CACIB and "Best Of Opposite Sex" under the judgement of Mr. Roosenboom Piet (B) . Thanks to Olivier Masson handling Yorki for the BOS. And last but not least...
Chefornak's Xsingara got CAC/CACIBn, "Best Of Breed" and placed 6th on the honor ring under the judgement of Mr. Roosenboom Piet (B).
Both Chefornak's Yori and Chefornak's Xsingara are now "Belgian Champion"!! What a day!!
